Why we exist
The AI industry has a problem. Everyone is selling something, and most of it does not work the way it was sold.
Small and medium businesses across the UK are being pitched AI solutions every week, but when they actually try to use them, they get generic chatbots, confusing dashboards, and monthly subscriptions that deliver almost nothing of real value. Meanwhile, the businesses that need AI the most, the ones without in-house tech teams, are being left behind.
GoAgentic was built to fix that.
We wanted to do AI properly, for real businesses, in plain English. Custom-built agents that solve a real problem, priced fairly, delivered fast, and explained honestly.
That is it. No ten-year vision, no manifesto, no hype. Just good work for good businesses.
What we believe
AI is a tool, not a miracle.
We are genuinely excited about what AI can do. We are also honest about what it cannot. A good AI agent can save your team hours a week. It cannot replace good management, a clear process, or a team that cares. We build with that in mind.
Small businesses deserve better than what they are being sold.
The enterprise AI world is full of slick decks and big numbers. Most of it is out of reach for SMEs, and most SMEs are being sold watered-down versions that do not work. We think UK small and medium businesses deserve proper AI, built properly.
Owners should understand what they are buying.
If you cannot explain what an agent does in plain English, you should not be selling it to a business owner. Every agent we build, you will understand. Every decision we make, we explain.
The work should speak for itself.
We are not chasing awards or a viral launch. We are building agents that quietly save our clients time and money every day. That is the only metric we care about.
Who we work with
Our clients are UK small and medium businesses, usually with between 10 and 250 employees. They come from every sector, property, construction, finance, retail, professional services, hospitality, healthcare. What they have in common is this:

- They have heard enough about AI to know they should be doing something
- They do not have the time or patience to figure it all out themselves
- They want a partner who treats them like a grown-up, not a sales target

How we are different
There are a lot of AI agencies out there now. Here is how we are different from most of them.

A lot of AI firms talk a lot and build very little. We ship working agents.
We do not sell packages.
Every project is scoped to what you actually need. No fake pricing tiers, no upsells.
We are not a reseller.
We do not take a commission for pointing you at someone else's tool. Everything we build is ours, for you.
We are honest about AI's limits.
We will tell you when AI is not the answer. Sometimes a simple piece of automation or a process change does the job better and cheaper. We will say so.
We are small on purpose.
We stay small so we can stay focused. You will work directly with the people building your agent, not a layer of project managers and account handlers.
Where we are
GoAgentic is a UK business. We work with clients across the UK remotely, and we can come on-site when it helps. Most of our work happens in short, focused cycles rather than long on-site engagements, which keeps projects fast and costs sensible.
